Stride Hospitality Pty Ltd was established in 2020 to provide the hospitality industry with a passionate and dedicated team of hospitality professionals.

Though Stride Hospitality was formally established in 2020,its managing director Nkosentsha Malik Dube has been in the industry for over 18 years. He started his hospitality career in the United Kingdom where he spent 5years working for various hotels and Clubs before returning to South Africa where he joined then hospitality staffing giant Innstaff as an Account manager.

While with Innstaff Hospitality he was part of the team that was responsible for staffing The Nedbank Million Dollar Challenges, the FIFA Confederations Cup, the 2010 FIFA World and the day to day operations staffing needs of various hotels, casinos and conferencing venues. He later left hotel operations to pursue a career in hotel sales and marketing and went on to work for various 4&5* hotels in South Africa for the past 10years.
